Something isn’t working

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which device and browser you’re using. If you saw an error message, include its wording or a screenshot with personal details removed.

Sign-in and device help

Use Beepo sign-in to open your parent dashboard. From there, you can manage linked devices and open Talk to Beepo to connect a device. If your microphone isn’t working, check that your browser has permission to use it.

Report a conversation

If Beepo gives a worrying or incorrect response, tell us approximately when it happened and what was said. Share only what is needed to explain the issue, and leave out your child’s personal details.

Privacy and account requests

Use the same email address for questions about your information or to request account or conversation-data deletion. Include your account email so we can locate the right account. Read more on our privacy page.

Please don’t email passwords, sign-in codes, or device-pairing links.
